Medical VR simulators developed for Boehringer Ingelheim across Latin America, via eMedical 360. Built on my own reusable Unreal Engine framework, running on PICO 4 and Meta Quest with full hand tracking. Recognised with Boehringer Ingelheim’s LatAm Innovation Award 2024. The studio behind it is my company, TwinTech XR.

A VR experience that explains Pradaxa’s anticoagulant action and its unique reversal with Praxbind, designed for comprehension and recall with medical audiences. Quest 2 & 3, PICO 4.

Six applications, each with country-specific versions where the protocol differs (Ecuador, Peru and Colombia for Metalyse and Actilyse). All built on the same reusable framework and maintained as the client’s products and regions evolve. More on the studio at twintechxr.com.
The experiences running live at the Boehringer stand: hand-tracking demos with immediate adoption by attendees who had never used VR before.

Interactions, logic and components are reused across modules, so a new high-fidelity module ships in four to eight weeks instead of months. The same module runs on Meta and PICO with consistent interactions.
Every project gets an interactive UX stage map and video devlogs, tracked in ClickUp, so the client watches the build grow stage by stage.

SDK and IDE setup (PICO XR SDK, Android, Vulkan), custom hand meshes and grab animations per object, 3D modelling and texturing of medical props, Blueprints and C++, on-device testing and optimisation.
